All tier CTAs currently lead to access status, because no keys, subscription checkout, or paid service exists yet. The intended free tier is generous enough to evaluate the index. Paid access should buy useful volume and service commitments when those exist.
Separate access from trust
API fees buy access, not a conformance level or ranking advantage. Verification is a separate program function under the same Hottub, Inc. ownership.

Questions
What counts as a request? One proposed API search or record retrieval. Program probes would not count against a client's query quota.
Does a paid tier improve ranking? No. It buys quota or operational services, not placement or standing.
Is verification included? No. It has different evidence requirements and costs.
Is the free tier available? The intended tier is free, but live API access has not launched. The public browser samples are available now.
